These programs are out there especially to assist people who can't own a home without help from the Government and Private Sector Financial Institutions. I also work with a lot of Foreclosed properties from the Department of Veterans Administration (VA) with No down payment and from the Department of Housing and Urban Development agency (HUD) with 3% down and all closing costs paid.
